Delete your account

An Officiating Journal account is optional — it exists only to sync your journal between devices and to carry your Pro purchase across them. You can delete it at any time, from inside the app or by asking us.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Officiating Journal and tap the account button in the top bar (or ⋯ → Account & sync).
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Your account and everything stored for it on our server are deleted right away.

By email

We'll confirm the request and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in (email address and password)
• Your encrypted synced games
• The Pro record attached to the account
• Any pending device-approval requests

What stays

• The games on your phone or computer. Your journal lives on the device; deleting the account never touches it. Erase it from the app's Data menu if you want that gone too.
• Backup files you exported. Those are yours, wherever you saved them.
• A Pro purchase made through the App Store or Google Play. It belongs to your store account, not ours — Restore purchases brings it back on any device.

We keep no other records: no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no server-side copy of your data beyond what is listed above. See the privacy policy.
